What this app is, and what it isn't.

Who you are contracting withAlejandra Torres, an individual (sole trader), trading as SOLISURE in Scotland, United Kingdom.
SOLISURE is provided by Alejandra Torres, an individual (sole trader), trading as SOLISURE. It is not a registered company, community interest company or charity. By continuing to use SOLISURE you agree to these terms. If you use SOLISURE on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it. You can contact us at hello@solisure.co.uk. No separate business postal address is published, as none is currently held.

What SOLISURE is notIt is not treatment, and it cannot respond in an emergency.

- A replacement for therapy or professional care
- A replacement for emergency services
- A diagnostic tool
- An emergency response service
SOLISURE does not provide crisis intervention or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. This app cannot contact anyone on your behalf and no one is monitoring what you write. Safety information in the app is provided for information and signposting only.
EligibilityYou must be 18 or older to use this app.
You are asked to confirm your age before you begin. The app is not designed for, or directed at, people under 18.
Acceptable useUse it for your own reflection. Don't use it to harm anyone.
- Use the app for your own personal wellbeing and reflection.
- Do not use it to seek instructions for harming yourself or another person.
- Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt or reverse engineer the app or its services.
- Do not present anything the app produces as clinical or professional advice.
AI-assisted reflectionOptional, imperfect, and never a clinician.
AI-assisted reflection generates responses automatically. It can be wrong, it does not know you, it does not diagnose, and it must not be relied on for medical or clinical decisions. You choose whether to use it. AI is an optional assistive feature within SOLISURE. It may help with reflection and writing, but SOLISURE is not a general-purpose AI chatbot or AI service.
When you choose to use an AI feature, the selected text is sent from SOLISURE through Lovable AI Gateway to the third-party AI service used for that feature. SOLISURE does not send your saved journal library automatically. The Privacy Policy sets out what is sent and to which services.
Usage limits may apply to AI features, including a daily allowance, so that the feature stays available and sustainable. Limits can change, and the allowance in effect is shown in the app.
DictationOn-device dictation stays on your device; cloud dictation does not.
Where your browser provides on-device speech recognition, dictation is handled on your device and no audio is uploaded. Optional cloud dictation sends the selected audio from SOLISURE through Lovable AI Gateway to a third-party transcription service, which returns the text to your device. The detailed processing information is in the Privacy Policy.
Your contentWhat you write is yours, and stays on your device by default.
You keep everything you write. Your journal and saved reflections are stored on your device and are not automatically uploaded. Selected content leaves your device only when you deliberately use a feature that sends it for processing, such as AI-assisted reflection, cloud dictation or an AI-generated summary. SOLISURE does not publish your writing, does not sell it, and does not use it to train AI models. Those features involve third-party AI services, and we do not make claims here about what those providers do with content — the Privacy Policy explains the processing in detail. Because your writing is stored on your device, keeping it safe also depends on keeping your device secure — and losing or wiping the device loses the content, as there is no backup.
Free SOLISURE and SOLISURE PlusThe free version stays free; Plus is an optional paid subscription.
The free version of SOLISURE can be used without an account and includes home check-ins, grounding and self-reflection exercises, basic reflection and journalling tools, saved reflections, privacy controls and safety information. SOLISURE Plus is an optional paid software subscription that adds further tools, and it requires an email address so the subscription can follow you between devices. Nothing needed in a crisis is behind payment.
Ownership and your licenceWe keep the app; you keep what you write.
The SOLISURE app, its content, design and name remain ours. You are given a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use SOLISURE within the plan you have chosen. You may not resell it, redistribute it, reverse engineer it, or work around its technical limits.
Service availabilityWe aim to keep SOLISURE running, but cannot promise it is always available.
SOLISURE is provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and features may change, pause or be withdrawn. To the fullest extent the law allows, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.
Subscriptions and paymentPlus is optional. Crisis information and essential grounding tools are always free.
Plus adds deeper reflection tools, and nothing that helps in a crisis is ever behind a payment. SOLISURE Plus is a paid software subscription — it is not a donation or a charitable contribution, and SOLISURE is not a charity or nonprofit. SOLISURE Plus is currently available to customers in the United Kingdom only; the free version of SOLISURE remains available internationally. SOLISURE Plus is sold only through this website. It is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each month or each year at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel, and it can be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Merchant of RecordPaddle sells SOLISURE Plus to you and handles billing, tax and refunds.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency, taxes, invoices, cancellations and refunds are therefore governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, and you can manage or cancel your subscription and request a refund through Paddle. You can also email us at hello@solisure.co.uk and we will help.
Suspension and terminationWe can suspend or end access if the terms are seriously broken.
Access may be suspended or ended for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious misuse. You can stop using SOLISURE at any time. Because your writing is stored on your own device, ending access does not delete anything you have written, and you can export or delete it yourself from Privacy & data.
Limitation of liabilityThis app is a self-help tool, offered without clinical warranty.
SOLISURE is provided for self-reflection and general wellbeing. It is offered without any warranty that it will produce a particular outcome, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited, and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing lawThe law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes may be brought before the Scottish courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live.
ChangesMaterial changes are versioned, and you'll be asked to read them.
If these terms change in a way that matters, the app will ask you to review them rather than silently replacing the text.
