Where should we look for support?

Choose your country or region and we'll show the emergency numbers and services that apply there. We don't detect it, and it stays on your device.

The number for police, ambulance and fire where you are. If you're not sure, your national government or health service publishes it.

What this app can and cannot do

This app is not continuously monitored

No mental health professional reads what you write. Nothing you enter here is reviewed by a person, in real time or afterwards.

The app cannot contact emergency services on your behalf

There is no mechanism for this app to call, message or alert anyone. If you need urgent help, you will need to contact a service directly.

There is no human escalation route inside the app

There is no moderation team, duty worker or on-call clinician behind this app. Support comes from the services listed in the crisis section.

Risk detection here is basic, and it will miss things

The app looks for particular words and phrases before anything is sent anywhere. That means it can only catch what it has been told to look for — different wording, a misspelling, another language, or something said indirectly may not register at all. It can also raise concern when nothing is wrong. It is a signposting aid, not a risk assessment, and it should never be relied on to notice how you are.

Reaching out is something only you can do

Please contact your GP, NHS services, a crisis line or emergency services when you need them. This app is here to support reflection between those points of contact, not to replace them.

SOLISURE is not

  • A therapist, psychiatrist or doctor
  • A replacement for therapy or professional care
  • A replacement for emergency services
  • A diagnostic tool
  • An emergency response service
